2. Nature of the data processed and purpose of the processing
   

   • Browsing data
     The computer systems and procedures used to operate this site acquire some personal data during normal operation, which are then transmitted implicitly in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identifiable data subjects. All of our activities are governed by ethical principles and we are committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to the website. For this reason, the way in which we collect and store data is closely linked and related to the way in which the website and its services are used.

   • Data provided voluntarily by the user
     If users/visitors, connecting to this site, send their personal data to make requests (via e-mail) or through the appropriate contact form.

3. Purpose of the processing and legal basis
   GIMET BRASS S.R.L. will process the personal data provided by users for the following purposes:

   1. to allow browsing on this Website – legitimate interest (legal basis for processing: Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR);
   2. To respond to a request made by the user, aimed at receiving a service from GIMET BRASS S.R.L. (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

4. Processing methods
   The Data Controller adopts the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated.

5. Place of Processing
   The Data are processed at the Data Controller's operational offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. The owner uses a Web Server and a Virtual Hosting space provided by the company REGISTER S.P.A., which stores personal data within ITALY. For further clarification, please make a request to the Data Controller.

6. Personal Data retention period or criteria for determining the period
   In compliance with the provisions of art. 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
   Specifically:

   • The browsing data collected automatically (see point 3 letter a) are not stored in the normal operation of the site. (see Cookie Policy).
   • Similarly, the data provided voluntarily by the user (see Section 3 (b)) is not stored, but only transmitted by e-mail to the e-mail address of the GIMET BRASS S.R.L.
   It should be noted that the data are recorded in the Iubenda Consent Database in order to have the date of acceptance of the privacy at the time of sending the form itself.

7. Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of non-consent to the processing
   

   1. Automatically collected browsing data
      Browsing data (see point 3 letter a: IP addresses, addresses in URI/URL notation, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, etc.), as necessary in order to allow the use of the site, are collected independently by the system.
   2. Data provided voluntarily by the user
      On the other hand, the provision of the personal data indicated in point 3 letter b: contact details of the sender, and in general all personal data included in communications (messages to the contact addresses of GIMET BRASS S.R.L. , filling in and submitting forms on the GIMET BRASS S.R.L., etc.). The provision of such data, although optional, is necessary so that GIMET BRASS S.R.L. can render information and provide its services. Refusal to provide data precludes the possibility of receiving a response and using the services provided by GIMET BRASS S.R.L.

8. Scope of data communication
   The personal data provided by the user, for the purposes described in art. 3 of the document, may be brought to the attention of or communicated to employees and/or collaborators of GIMET BRASS S.R.L. for the performance of administration, accounting and logistical support activities acting as, respectively, data processors and persons in charge of processing. Your data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated and may be communicated to the subject with hosting and web server functions:

   within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits set out in art. 44 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The updated list of data processors can be consulted at the Data Controller's headquarters or by requesting the contacts referred to in point 1 of this Policy.

9. Data transfer to a Third Country and/or an International Organization and guarantees
   The personal data provided are not subject to Transfer to Third Countries.

10. Rights of the data subjects
    The data subject has the rights specified in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, set out below:

    • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
    • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 GDPR)
    • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

The above rights are exercised by means of an informal request addressed to GIMET BRASS S.R.L., also by electronic means, to the addresses indicated in point 1). GIMET BRASS S.R.L. provides a response to the request of the data subject without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month from receipt of the request itself. The information shall be provided in writing or by other means, including, where appropriate, by electronic means. If requested by the data subject, the information may be provided orally, provided that the identity of the data subject is proven by other means. Finally, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority www.garanteprivacy.it/.
